A great modern, 250 square meter tropical villa with private pool, in an exclusive private gated neighborhood. This newly finished tropical house is the perfect place for a family or group of people that would like to enjoy Koh Samui.

One of the best locations on Samui, in beautiful and fashionable and peaceful Chongmon beach village, only a 10 mins drive to the famous Chawang, the main tourist spot on Koh Samui.
The neighboring complex is a 5 star Resort and Spa.
5 minutes drive from the picturesque Chongmon Bay with great restaurants and amenities. A few min drive is the beach village of Chong Mon where there are many restaurants, small convenience stores, internet shops, travel agents ect. The beach there is the best this side of the island (where me and my kids go to bathe) and there are also many restaurants on the beach that serve great food, local dishes, shakes and in the evening barbecue on the beach! Chong Mon also boast the onlt floating market on the island.
10 minutes drive from Chewang and the famous Samui night life and world famous dinning.
10 minutes drive (4 kilometers) from Koh Samui Airport.

Trips and attractions
Recommended are boat trips, trips to the small safari located on one of the mountain peaks "Paradise Park Farm" that has a great place to chill our after you visit their petting farm, with a really nice restaurant and swimming pool, the view from their are stunning.
