My wife and I are both retired. We live full time on the property on the upper level and rent the ground floor level, which is a two bedroom apartment fully furnished with all the amenities of home.
Since we live on the same location, we deal with our guests directly from key exchanges to cleaning etc etc.
This is our home and we take pride in it and are responsive to all our renters needs
