Located in the heart of Condado in the best location, right across from the Marriot hotel. Once you go out of the door you are across the street from one of the best beaches on the island. You are also located on the main strip with plenty of restaurants, bars and casinos. Condado is very safe area and has a mix of tourists and friendly locals. There are also 3 grocery stores, Starbucks,Baskin Robins Dunkin Donuts and a big Walgreens, CVS, for anything needed within a short walking distance. Pretty much everything you may need to make your stay comfy is within walking distance. We have great facilities in our building including a work out gym, reading room/ free internet area, laundry, renovated main lobby with modern furnishings and a big swimming pool with hot tub. A car is not necessary here but there are car rentals a few blocks away on Ashford Ave. While we don't include parking (its available for $ 35.00 p/day, it is also available across the street at the Marriot hotel.
