A fabulous 5 bedroomed house, modern design easily accommodates three families. On the ground level, marble flooring, king size bedroom, bathroom and large living area. The upper level consists of four bedrooms (main room with WIR, en-suite and spa bath), utility room, family bathroom, gourmet kitchen (with dishwasher), living area and deck. All bedrooms have expansive wardrobe/storage space. The house has very efficient reverse cycle air conditioning operating on two separate systems upstairs and downstairs and both internal and external solar shades. WiFi is available on request.

There is a BBQ area with table and chairs undercover, protected from the sun and the wind seating 12-14. There is a grassed area at the back of the house. Pets are generally allowed (please refer to owner).
