I'm 59 years old living in Framingham, Ma. I purchase this brand new property recently for my future retirement, but that is still a few years away, so I decided to rent it out until then. Its brand new construction on a development that will have more amenities as time goes by. It currently has two of the 6 Towers built. It will be handicapped accessible in a few months, it does have elevators, but my Unit is located in the ground level. The Roof area has a sm Pool, Big Hot tub, BBQ, Seating areas and Great views!
