Translator by day and father the rest of the time, I enjoy being an ex-pat in Yucatan. When I'm not to busy with the day-to-day I take the family out to the nearby Gulf coast, go to events in downtown Merida or take a field trip out to some Mayan ruins. Life is a just a little bit more relaxed here and it's never cold, so that's just one less worry.
