I'm 60 years old and i live in Rome since 1966. My wife and i love our city and we decide to rent our beautiful attic close in the center of Rome. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. All of our properties are fully furnished and have all the amenities of home, expecially a lot of charming details.
