Samsuria Beach Resort & Residence is an exclusive Resort property comprising of 97 units of one two and three bedroom apartments and 2 units of Penthouses. Sixty four of the units are operated as Resort apartment suites. The Begonia Penthouse is part of the resort apartments, the ultimate unit that is on the top floor (5 storeys) which commands a breathtaking view of the sea. The very spacious 3+1 bedroom Penthouse with a floor area of 236sqm is equipped with a full kitchen and cooking facilities, a large balcony that faces the open sea. A spacious living room and dining room which comes with a bar. TVs are available in the Living room and all bedrooms, hifi and audio system that complements to offer a luxurious home living experience in a resort.

The whole Pentouse unit is air-conditioned. All the the bedrooms are with en-suite bathrooms and are all tastefully designed with a touch of tropical feel. A guest bathroom is also available in the Living area. The master and second bedrooms have a fabulous view as they both also face the beach and open sea. The master bedroom’s bathroom comes with both a bathtub and shower cubicle.
