This project is something we are very excited about, me, (Mitra) I have been in the industry for almost 10 years and tour guiding / giving concierge service is something I have offered my clients all this time, being able to give them a place to sleep is just the extra little thing that completes our business.

Fabio (my husband) finally quit his office job and went full in as a chef after we met and got married, and he is from a long line of Italian grandparents and mothers cooking like deity and his talent has taken him from Rome to Montreal to Zanzibar and he has worked with street vendors in Asia to Michelinstarred chefs in Europe - but he really is happiest at home cooking for our clients and creating a personal bond with them over food and wine.

My own tour guiding / concierge service is a story on it's own; I am the corporate drop out that got recruited to come to Rome and be a tour guide , and almost 10 years later I am still here and loving it.
