My husband and I are busy 50-something professionals who bought Mar'TEE'ni Dreams in 2009 as our future retirement home, looking to escape the cold rainy winters in Northern California. After renovation, we began renting to other sun-starved folks, and the home has become very popular, with many repeat guests. In 2012 we finally took the plunge and moved to the desert full time, purchasing another home which we are currently renovating.

We love the desert lifestyle -- swimming, gardening, reading poolside, walks in our quiet neighborhood. The photo at the left was taken by my husband of me checking out new ideas during the 2013 Palm Springs Horticultural Society garden tour. So much to see!

Our location here is perfect, walking distance to many restaurants and hiking trails. And people are so friendly. It must be that sunshine and warm weather!!
