We purchased our beautiful 2 bed, 3 bath ocean front condo January of 2010. We could not resist the beach location and the wonderful people at La Marina. We are located north of El Cid Marina, with about a 6 minute drive to the Golden Zone. There is security and maid service for you to feel very relaxed about your stay.

We have upgraded the beds and living room furniture so you can be as comfortable as possible. In 2014 we purchased a new stove to put in our remodeled kitchen. We have a washer/dryer, air conditioning in every room, and Wifi.

Our pool is so nice. They keep it heated, so it is never cold when you get in the water. You can also relax in our wonderful Jacuzzi. We have a water aerobics class, almost every day. If you like tennis, we have two clay courts.

We do have a restaurant, bar and small store in our building, for your convenience. Our condo is one of the nicest in the building, with a view that is very spectacular.
