You will not find mass tourism here, just spectacular scenery! Waking up at 6am and watching the Seaweed farmers go about their daily tasks is an incredible experience! The Seaweed farms form part of daily life in the Village, with the rest of their subsistence coming from Fishing boats.
A 15 min walk down the beach takes you closer to Paje village with bars, restaurants, water sports. The East Coast of Zanzibar is also fast becoming a very sought after Kite Surfing destination. Great local eateries "The Rock, the Blue Door for Woodfired pizzas, Sunday brunch venues at Upendo, all a few minutes from the villa.
