Casa Feliz is an intimate, long-term residential leased compound. We occasionally lease out our personal residence for vacationers & travelers. You'll enjoy excellent amenities with full time maintenance and friendly on-site management. We're fully furnished down to the linens & silverware. All you need is a toothbrush (which you can purchase just around the corner!). Our current full-time residents come from Italy, Slovakia, the Ukraine, Canada, the USA and Venezuela, and include the owners of the local yoga store, a published author, and others who travel back and forth from the mainland for their work.
