Jeannette and I have lived in this house for almost 6 years. We bought it for location, location, location and that is what we got. We have been married a total of 20 years, have grown children that have left us for other adventures and now enjoy hiking, biking, and walking with our rescue Labrador Retrievers. We both work conveniently close to home and enjoy daily lunches together. We love to share local spots to enjoy as San Antonio and the surrounding hill country has a lot to offer.

The location is great. The apartment is modern and fresh. The convenience to the surrounding area attractions is hard to beat. You will receive the absolute warmest welcome available.

This home is minutes from downtown San Antonio nestled in a small quaint Conservation District neighborhood. The new north extension to the famous San Antonio River Walk provides access only steps away. The Uptown, as the location is coined, is San Antonio’s hottest location.
