Hello everyone and an advance welcome to Hong Kong. My name is Sven, I love traveling and exploring random places around the world. I am a host, but also travel as an TripAdvisor traveler, so I know the key ingredients of a perfect stay.

I am an outgoing person and like to make friends from all over the world. I am looking for guests who are friendly, easy going and respectful. Reservations without detailed information or guests with hotel expectations will not be accepted.

Your safety, security and comfort are my top priorities, so once your reservation is accepted; rest assured, you are in the safest hands. I treat my guests like long lost friends, so expect a warm welcome from me when you arrive.

I respect religious freedom; however, my place will not cater for any special religious worship or practices. I will also not cater any rude guests, guests with hotel expectations and guest who do not agree with my house rules. Thank you for reading and we wish you all a safe and pleasant trip ahead.
