Hi! My name is Cindy R. and I am the owner of Venture Out Unit 411. My husband and I purchased our Keys home in June, 2012 and have since made sure that it was in the best possible condition for renters. In the past two years, we have installed a new central air conditioning system, brought in Wi-Fi internet service into the unit, purchased new living room furniture (queen sleeper sofa & a matching chair), and new queen size bedding for one of the two rooms. Additionally, we make sure that when we visit, we take care of anything needing our attention. When we aren't here, our realtor, Waterfront Keys Realty (the on-site realtor for Venture Out) is always available to make sure your stay is great!
