My unit is managed by a professional management company, located on the Island. The management company will provide you your key exchanges, towel exchange and immediate maintenance if needed. We have owned the unit for over 10-years and come to the Island four or five times a year. We take pride in our Unit and try to make sure the management company is responsive to our renters needs. We are able to see any maintenance concerns and handle them during our frequent trips to make your Vacation more enjoyable. We believe our property is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home.

Inverness 1103 STR number is 2015-GU1X7I. Do not rent any property on the island that does not list the South Padre Island City Council Short Term Rental (STR) permit number (Ordinance No. 15-03) also called the HOT permit number. According to the ordinance, this permit number must be stated on all rental advertisements for said property.
