This property has been in my family since 1970 and I have used it as my part time residence and full time vacation rental property. I have a full time property manager and a housekeeper and gardener that maintain the property for while i am away.
I am a full time working musician and am on the road most of the year. My house is a very creative atmosphere for artists and non-artists alike.
The main house and the front house are rented out to long term tenants, but I maintain the apartments for short term rentals/vacationers and for when I am in town.
