We love the Area, have been coming here for over 30 years, visiting Bullhead City, Parker, Lake Havasu, and Lake Mohave. We loved this area so much we decided to build our vacation home here in Palo Verde Meadow, Bullhead City AZ 10 years ago. We also purchased lot next to us for more room. We love it! Dean is a Project Manager for Hospital Construction, and a General Contractor, he was very hands on in the building of this house and did most of it himself. We really love the house. We rent to Snowbirds in Winter for last few years and have really enjoyed meeting each couple. We usually only rent to one couple a winter for 3 to 5 months, over 3 months we offer a lower monthly rent.
