My husband and I live in rural Virginia. We have 3 grown children and 6 grandchildren. We are both retired but we do keep busy. My husband works a few hours a week with a local university and I stay home and love to garden and travel. We did purchase our condo in 2007 with our son because we all love being near the ocean growing up near the Jersey shore. We do stay at the condo as much as we can, but we also offer the best months to our guests since it is primarily our family investment property.
