My Mom lived in this condo for 37 years and my husband and I planned to retire in it. Unfortunately my husband died when we were in Florida at my Mothers funeral service and now that I am alone, I need to rent it for the winter season to be able to keep it. The condo is very clean and kept up well. It has been updated and is comfortably decorated. I hope you enjoy it as much as my past renters have.
