When looking to buy a holiday home in Thailand, we have spent considerable time looking around Hua Hin, and eventually decided upon a condominium at Palm Hills. Our reasons were numerous and varied.

The most important deciding factor was the general ambience of the place. Most of the properties we looked at were in anonymous high-rise buildings and often in noisy locations. We didn’t want that. We wanted a quiet location with green, open views. We also wanted to be near the sea and within easy access to Hua Hin town.

Other items on our wish list, such as the availability of a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a gym, and close proximity to one or more restaurants, were secondary issues. Even so, Palm Hills met all these conditions, so we bought it.

Since 2003 we have spent many holidays there. Indeed, we spend as much time as we can in our Hua Hin home but cannot be away from Hong Kong for more than a few weeks each year.

It became quite a concern to us that our lovely property at Palm Hills was not being enjoyed as it should be, if not by us then by anyone else. Consequently, we decided to make it available to people who wanted to rent a place with the advantages that our home offers.
