The owners were convinced that the island is the tropical paradise they have long pinned for. From then on, their days included beachcomber disco on a truck battery and legendary full-moon parties by the beach!

They started building Boracay Beach Houses in 1997 as a boat house and a place to stay in. Despite the initial challenges, they were able to import European raw materials and engineering expertise into the island for a dream Boracay vacation villa.

The owners loves Boracay best for its cultural diversity and great level of security.
