My wife (Kitty) and I have been managing guesthouses and restaurants for over 10 years.

Kitty is a qualified Chef with a wide variety of cooking styles ranging from Asian to Western and vegetarian...with a hint of fusion. She is available to teach cooking classes as well as providing a menu for guests to choose from.

Our last guesthouse had an organic farm which was my specialty plus I grew and made health drinks i.e. Kombucha and Wheatgrass. My main task is to ensure the smooth running of the cottage and the surrounding area including our vegetable patch.

We both live at the cottage in a 'discreet' bedroom and our goal is to facilitate our guests enjoyment of their holiday.
