I live in NYC and rent our summer home in Boqueron, Puerto Rico when we're not there. I teach Environmental Economics at Pratt Institute and the house is eco-friendly. It was designed and built by an architect who has houses on the Historic Register. It is open, relaxed and comfortable. The downstairs is rented full time to a nice couple who usually only come some weekends. We rent the second floor. There is also a separate Studio with a half bath on the second floor--which you can rent if you have two more people in your party. We love the house and the town and the beach. It's all child-friendly and very relaxed.
