I am a retired human resource management professional/consultant both in the public and private sectors. The house where I live is just 20 minutes away from the unit. I am directly managing the rental of my unit, as well its maintenance and upkeep. My unit is fully furnished which include basic amenities like a cable TV, a WIFI connection and a landline phone. My guests can also avail of the use of the swimming pool, gym, business centre and play area for kids. The ground floor of Manhattan Parkway Residences offer a variety of services like fast food chains, restaurants, laundry shop, and other stores/services. On top of this, shopping malls, entertainment centres, and more food chains, restaurants, bars, fresh seafood and meat are all walking distance from the unit. Conveniently, my guests can avoid the heavy traffic in their quest for more adventure in Metro Manila by using the railway transports which are easily accessible from the unit.
