I'm a retired unversity professor who purchased a house in Fairbanks, Alaska with a close friend aout 10 years ago. My immediate family with grand kids incuded has grown to 8, and when you add friends and extended family, it grows quickly from there. The original 3 bedroom became too small, so when the property next door became available I purchased it. The land was originally owned by the University of Alaska, and although the property feels secluded, it's only a few miles to the University Campus. I rent the property when I'm not vacationing in Alaska. I thnk it's nicely furnished and quite comfortalbe. If you hve ny questions, please call.
