Icarvs Property management has been managing million dollar properties in New York City and abroad since 1997. we have offices in Manhattan, New York, Europe, Brazil and a partnership in Japan. In New York City Icarvs manages over 200 properties.
In VIEQUES we proudly accepted to take Villa Gallega and the Studio because most of our friends, partneres, associates and guests are unique people, most are awarded musician, writers, intellectuals, actors, performers, movie directors and extremely gifted people in need of a private, calm, serene and mostly inspiring dimension to create, rest or simply meditate. We looked at VIEQUES, we looked at many properties and found that only one meets our very unique and particular needs.
The views are per se inspiring, the property gives the impression of being sat right on the ocean. When we arrived we thought that the ocean was underneat. An incredible effect. The house is actually on the only central hill of VIEQUES and directly
Facing the ocean and it is surrounded by a natural and protected park. There are to electronic gates to access the property and the whole hill is quiet, and private. The views are enchanted. Everything is 3 to 7 minutes away.
The views are unparalleled. In 2010 we asked the owners to build a swimming pool for our unique guests. They did it. The young owner designed an all stone sculpture /swimming pool and with a team of engineers, architects and scientist build this gigantic piece of art right on a slope. Then studied a system

There is nothing like it. We have guests staying for months or entire seasons and no one else on VIEQUES has a similar success record. In only few months villa gallega became the most desirable and wanted property on the island.
Villa gallega is N. 1 everywhere you check. It's quite a unique spot because it has some sort of special energy and is a magnet for talents and truly gifted people.
