Hi, my name is Piero, I'm 47 years old living in Palermo, a sunny city of Art in the beatiful ile of Sicily (Italy). My wife Simona and I have bought a little but cozy and spacious loft that we rent to people looking for a welcoming apartment for holidays or business in any period of the year. We take pride to fournish tastefully our loft; it has hardwood floors both in the living area and bedroom loft above, ceiling vaulted with traditional log beams and wood decking, a well equipped and modern kitchen, with also a clothes washer, and comfortable furniture like the wardrobe closets and built in drawers just off the bath.
We are responsive to any of our renters needs and we do our best to make pleasant their stay in our apartment.
