We lived in the Sierra Nevada mountains for about 11 years and love the area and the weather. We are blessed to be able to split time between Lake Tahoe and our home in Austin, TX.

We lived on the west coast for about 15 years and spent as much time as possible up at lake Tahoe. We love boating on the cobalt blue water of lake Tahoe. We decided to buy this home in 2011 so we could have a place in lake Tahoe that we could call 'home' that was close to all the wonderful activities.
