We purchased this home in December of 2013. We have totally renovated it with all new King size mattresses and are doing these improvements as if it was our primary residence. We replaced all drywall, insulation, ductwork, HVAC system, electrical, plumbing, appliances, siding, windows, doors, etc. The pool has been resurfaced and switched to a saltwater pool. The deck was completely ripped off and replaced. There is nothing left from the old house except for the foundation and framing. We want renters that are looking for new, clean and upscale.

We would like to retire in St. Augustine one day and love the area. We first experienced St. Augustine over 10 years ago when our daughters were looking at colleges. They both ended up at Flagler College. Just steps to the beach & walking to our favorite restaurants.
