Jane & I manage our condo. We have the help of a great repair person named Handy Ron. We also have a good cleaning team because everyone wants a quality clean condo.

We know it is important to have necessities available. Toilet paper and hangers are two that we often find missing. They will NOT be missing at our condo. We ALSO provide: bathroom soap; dishwasher detergent; laundry soap; paper towels; seasonings; and more.

In the bedrooms you will find a radio; a TV and clock; The MASTER bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress with box springs. You will
also find a wall safe. Both also have a ceiling fan/light. Both baths have wall mounted hair dryers.

The kitchen is fully equiped with pots and pans along with plentiful silver and dishes. The Dining Room table will seat 6 persons.

The Living Room has a queen sleeper sofa and 2 recliner chairs plus the TV, books, games & puzzle

We have a Balcony Box that is filled with beach
toys for your use/enjoyment.
