Owner and Real Estate Broker Debbie Goodwin is a native of Clarksburg, West Virginia. She left West Virginia in 1978 and moved to Florida. Until 1987, she worked in engineering at the Kennedy Space Center. At that point, she relocated to Jackson Hole, Wyoming with her husband and 8-year-old daughter. That year Goodwin went to work for the Jackson Hole Racquet Club Resort, where she developed her love for the resort industry. In 1997, she was drawn back to her home state; she settled in Pocahontas County.
Mountain Valley Properties offers a wide variety of properties, including homes with a fireplace, homes with a hot tub, and homes with views. There are also pet-friendly rentals and slope-side residences. Certain properties can be rented for just a night; there are specials throughout the year. Each property comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, telephone, and cable or satellite TV. An initial supply of kitchen linens, garbage can liners, toilet tissue, paper towels and bath soap is provided.
