Paul and Julie began building their island retreat 7 years ago and now have an eco wooden home and boathouse which appeal to all ages. There are 103 steps from the garage to the boathouse with the mainhouse located in between the two. Both locations are childproof. Paul and Julie have lived all over the world and have found their home away from home just wonderful - never tiring of the views and beauty of their location.
