Jerry and Libby have rented their large Villa & Casita since 2001. They are retired educators who found this lovely town during one of their vacations. They liked it so much they purchased Villa Chuparosa. Libby put her design and decorating talent to work and the property was restored to what you see today. Jerry, was a lifelong biologist, he added a mini jungle garden which attracts some of the area’s most beautiful butterflies and birds. He has published numerous articles about Mexico’s butterflies.

Villa Chuparosa’s property manager, Martin, is there year round and speaks fluent English and Spanish. He is a great source for local knowledge and will welcome you with a smile when you arrive. Deborah and Leslie the daughter's take great pride in keeping the property beautiful and in working order. Their daughter Deborah also handles the bookings etc.
