We bought this condo in May 2010 in a small 80 unit complex. The mix is around 80% locals and 20% vacation rentals, which makes for a nice Big Island experience...We bought the unit for us to stay at and as a vacation rental. We appointed the unit very nice as it will be our home away from home when we escape to the Big Island for some rest and relaxation. The friendly attitude of the people (both local and tourists) make this a great place to visit. We are both retired and live in San Jose, California. We are looking forward to spending time at our new place with the kids and grandchildren. We hope you enjoy your stay at our condo....Doug & Evie
