My husband and I live and work in Dublin but spend our summers near Youghal where we rent out one of our holiday home condos. We take pride in our properties and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are not local, we have a friend who deals with our guests directly e.g. from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home
