This condo is a rental but it is also a 2nd home and we take great pride in keeping it in excellent condition. We have owned and rented this condo since 2001. We have a lot renters who come back every year to stay at our Waterway Village condo. We know that there are a lot of accomodations to choose from and hope that you will see that this condo is an excellent bargain and has a lot to offer.
