My husband and I fell in love with St. Martin 20 years ago and rented villas on Dawn Beach during that time. We finally saw "our" villa being built in October 2008 and said "let's buy!" We did and it's the best decision we've ever made. We love being directly on the beach and yet have our private pool. I have taken great pride in decorating and furnishing Villa Corinne with the finest amenities. When we rent, we want our guests to feel like they are in a "home" not in a bare-bones beach house. If you love the beach but desire comfort and fine living, you will find it in our gorgeous property.
