My husband and I are retired and have taken advantage of the Malaysia My Second Home program and bought an apartment in Subang Jaya 20 minutes from KL. Where we enjoy the advantage of being close to the city without the disadvantage of traffic and the hectic pace of a major city.We spend a lot of the time travelling and rent out our home during the periods we are away.
