We are two families (in-laws) who fell in love with Nosara and Playa Guiones 6 years ago. One family lives in New York City and the other in Los Angeles and Nosara was a great place to meet up for wholesome family vacations. We like to surf and enjoy the outdoors and our kids like feeling free in Nosara. Nosara offers us a unique escape from urban life and has become a special place for our family.

We are 10 people altogether and wanted a Nosara beach compound like property that offered privacy and enough room for kids and parents alike to have enough personal space. Being a very short walk to the Playa Guiones surf was important to us and we couldn't find anything else of this size this close to the beach.

There are few property's a large as Las Brisas in the 'J -section' (Most central) of Nosara's Guiones and there are few compound like properties this close to the beach. We had been looking for houses in Nosara for several years, and when we saw this property we had to jump on it as it was truly special. Playa Guiones is the place to be and this property is right in the middle of it all.

For those that haven't been to Nosara, there is simply no better beach for children than Playa Guione's, which gets deep very gradually. The town itself is very safe and welcoming and Nosara has that unique surfer/yoga/health vibe (combined with great food) that makes for a great vacation for everyone.
