We purchased this unit in 2009 as we believe there is nothing more majestic then waking up and watching the sunrise from your oceanfront balcony with the ocean breeze in your hair, and the sound of the surf in your ears. We both grew up in Daytona Beach spending many weekend at the beach. We always wanted a second home directly on the beach. We live and work in the Daytona Beach area. We manage our own property, as well as enjoy it ourselves during parts of the year, along with our family.
