We discovered the Santa Rosa Beach / 30-A area on a vacation suggested by friends and fell in love with it! We came back every year and ultimately made the decision to purchase a property. We found the quaint towns along 30-A to be very appealing. The outdoor activities such as bicycling and hiking made us appreciate the area even more. The biggest attraction for us is the white sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf. It is also a great location for those looking for larger city offerings in nearby Destin and Panama City Beach.
