As a self-employed architect, I take special care to insure that my condos are especially visually pleasing and comfortable. I remodeled my Waikiki condo myself and everyone comments on how beautiful and functional it is. As a long time resident on Oahu, I enjoy meeting my guests and offering any advice they may need to help make their vacation enjoyable. I am always available by cell phone to answer questions, either by tenants or inquiries by potential renters. To help insure that our building, Aloha Lani, is maintained in excellent condition, I have served on the Board of Directors for over 12 years and now serve as the Board President.
