It was what they promised and more

Cozy Home, But Improvements Needed

The Jerves home looks great from the outside- clean and nice. But it is much smaller on the inside than it appears, however. The interior decor was a little off and spooky (lot of old photos and furnishings), and actually made several guests uncomfortable. The house was quite clean.

Awesome ski lease!

We rented this house for a ski lease and it was just perfect! Half of our crew are Squaw only folks, the other half board at Northstar, and we all love a few days at Alpine. Great Stay

We had a great family vacation in Tahoe this year. The house was clean, well furnished and warm. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and the house was child friendly (2 kids under 2). We really enjoyed the oversized fireplace in the middle of the living room. It was very relaxing to sit by the fire and talk, watch TV and take naps. I would stay here again.

Great week-long stay, perfect for family

We had a fantastic week in at this lovely home!!

We stayed the week after Labor day 2014 with our adult children. This home is in the perfect location - a 5 minute walk to the beach and grocery store. The house had plenty of outdoor space for visiting anf grilling out. The home was clean, very well maintained and comfortable.!! There were 6 adults and had plenty of space for everyone. We can't wait to return to this home and beautiful area.

Rustic cabin with beautiful lakefront view, but terrible bathroom
Left on Sep 23, 2014 for a stay in August 2014
The cabin is on the west side of the lake very close to Chambers landing. This rustic cabin is directly on the lake with its own dock. A beautiful view well worth the price, but it does have its shortcomings. We would have given it the full five stars if the bathroom had been bearable. We would stay there again if the bathroom was gutted and completely redone.

a wonderful experience
Left on Jun 04, 2009 for a stay in August 2006
We've stayed at the Bromma home in August for more than 20 years. It is comfortable, functional and like a second home for us. I regret that my schedule will not allow us to use the facility this year. We will be back next year however. I can't think of a better way to relax and enjoy the Lake Tahoe community.
