This is a family property and we live nearby, next to Ani Plaza hotel, which makes it very convenient for urgent issues. My knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian languages enables me to be helpful for my guests. I can advise the places in Yerevan and other marzes to visit, restaurants to enjoy food or anything my guests need. I am very keen in keeping our property clean and neat, so all my guests enjoyed their stay.
