I am a resident of Costa Rica (US citizens) and owner of RE/MAX Costa del Sol in Dominical and own three vacation properties in the area. We invested in the Dominical area due to the ocean and mountains both being in our back yards. We maintain homes in Alaska and Colorado where we spend some of our time doing lots of different outdoor activities.
