Both my partner and I were born and brought up in Edinburgh and have spent most of our lives in this beautiful city. I previously worked for the Scottish Government, in roles ranging from Policy Development to briefing Ministers, while Campbell worked for various on/offshore Fund Management companies both managing Client’s assets and in compliance/governance. Since early 2013 we have been managing our own Holiday Let business and, thanks to repeat business & many positive reviews, now both do this on a full time basis.
We are very experienced hosts, were early adopters in the Edinburgh market, and to date (Sep16) we have hosted over a thousand guests. As you would expect, we have benefited from guest feedback over the years and have gradually improved our apartments with their ideas. In addition, we have created very thorough welcome folders and email our guests’ apartment specific (4 page) brochures which have instructions on the various modes of transport to get to each apartment, as well as information (& a map) on nearby bars / restaurants / shops etc and links to things-to-do while in Edinburgh.
Our business is our income, meaning we’re fully incentivised to ensure that you have a great time and (hopefully) come back again and/or recommend our apartments to your friends! We personally respond to each and every email, ensure our welcome literature is up to date and, as life-long Edinburgh residents, are on hand to answer your questions.
