I built our vacation home for family and friends like you. We treasure our bit of paradise in the Colorado Rockies amidst aspen, firs and spruces overlooking a year-round stream and the mountains. We live on-site with our 9 llamas used for my recreational outfitting business. We live about 7 miles by foot from the top of the Continental Divide and near the famed and most heavily rafted river in the USA, the Arkansas River, and just 10 miles from the largest downtown historical disctrict in Colorado and the hottest hot springs in the Colorado. Now you know why we think our area is paradise.
