When I lived in New Jersey, I learned how to ski in the mountains of Vermont and New York before coming out west to Colorado. I graduated from the US Air Force Academy and skied as often as I could and often joked that I minored in skiing. Breckenridge was always my favorite mountain and the dry fluffy powder snow conditions kept me coming back. After graduating I bought a condo and kept my ties to Breckenridge while I flew KC-135’s in the Air Force. For me the Breckenridge town experience kept me coming back year after year. It’s been 20 years since I first visited Breckenridge. Where else can you get an authentic Victorian town, great people, incredible night life, and fantastic skiing all in one place. My wife and I enjoy skiing and cannot wait to teach our 3 year old girl the finer points of skiing. I used to moonlight as a ski instructor. I would love to help you find the perfect place for your group whether you are a small family, or a group of college friends.
2 BR / 3 BA / Sleeps 9
Left on Nov 10, 2010 for a stay in January 2010
The location was great--close to the lifts and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was comfortable and clean. Was roomy enough to spend family time together but also for some alone time. This was the perfect family vacation for the adults and the kids in our group. We are definitely planning to return in the future and The Lift is our first choice of places to stay.
